Scope
This Limited Warranty applies to retail purchases made directly through autofiber.com. Purchases through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon and TikTok Shop) are subject to those platforms' warranty and return policies. Wholesale and distributor purchases through Autofiber PRO (autofiberpro.com) are governed by a separate agreement.
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Proof of purchase (order number) is required to make a claim.
Our Commitment
Autofiber products are designed and manufactured to meet our quality standards. We stand behind the performance of everything we make. If a product has a manufacturing defect that affects its performance, we will make it right.
What Is Covered
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the performance of the product, discovered within 30 days of delivery. Examples include:
- Holes in fabric
- Tears in stitching or seam failure
- Edge or binding separation
- Structural failures present at the time of manufacture
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance — including pulls, pills, loose threads, minor weave irregularities, small surface inconsistencies, or color variation between batches. These are normal characteristics of microfiber cleaning products and are not considered defects.
- Wear from use and washing — microfiber products naturally soften and may change in texture over repeated wash cycles. Performance changes over time from normal use are expected and not covered.
- Damage from harsh chemicals — including bleach, fabric softener, strong acids or solvents, brake fluid, or other chemicals incompatible with microfiber
- Damage from high-heat drying — exceeding the temperatures recommended in our care instructions
- Damage caused by failure to follow care instructions
- Custom or personalized products — these are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of a documented manufacturing defect
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, or unintended use
Care Instructions
Proper care significantly extends the life and performance of microfiber products. We recommend:
- Wash separately from other laundry in cold or warm water (not hot)
- Use a small amount of detergent suitable for microfiber; do not use fabric softener or bleach
- Tumble dry on low heat or air dry; avoid high heat
- Do not wash with cotton towels, which shed lint that embeds in microfiber
You are not required to use any specific brand of detergent, dryer sheet, or care product to maintain warranty coverage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us at sales@autofiber.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
- We will review your claim and respond promptly
Our Remedy
If your warranty claim is approved, our sole obligation under this Limited Warranty is to repair, replace, or refund the defective product, at our discretion. If a replacement is unavailable due to discontinuation or stock-out, we will offer a comparable item or a refund of the purchase price.
We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost time, or replacement costs beyond the original product purchase price.
Implied Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
Your Legal Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
